This has never happened to me

I use an iPad, and I know there was a thread like this but I don't know the answer how to fix this. Help!

Just a small glitch in the system,
try reloading the browser. I believe these pictures should be from your camera roll?

If reloading doesn't work, try switching to TBT undercover - should fix the problem.
