I know this is late, and you probably already slept.
Really, they only helps is time. You just have to wait it out.
You can try and calm yourself down. Do something relaxing and mindless. Something you enjoy that doesn't take much brain power. Try and avoid video games and the computer. The lights, especially blue light, will keep you awake. Leave a light on if you need to. Nothing wrong with that. Any time you start to feel overwhelmed think through it. Try and imagine how you could actually get out of a bad situation. Start small. Imagine a tiny frightening situation and a solution. Then build it up slowly, until you tackle an impossible situation. It helps if you can rationalize a plan.
When you get very panicked, take a deep breath. Inhale through your nose, count to 5, exhale through your mouth, count to five, and repeat. Keep the breathing up and focus on it. Stop when your heart stops pounding and feels like it's beating normally. You'd be surprised how much this calms you down.
In the future avoid reading creepypasta. It's thrilling and fun, but if you can't handle it you can't handle it. Don't put yourself in a harmful situation.
try to imagine that these creepypasta characters aren't really all that bad. they're just outcasts from society who are looking for friendship. they love to cuddle and are super kind, and just want happiness and acceptance.
in future, don't read creepypastas. just eat pasta that isn't creepy.
why are you watching creepy pasta in the first place??
although, creepypasta isn't real so don't worry much about it. tell your parents what's going on and maybe they'll let you sleep in their bedroom. if you have older siblings ask them if you can sleep with them.
