Every 3ish hours for two days, new clues are released hinting at specific threads or locations on the forums. If you correctly identify and go to that location, you will see an egg there. Click on it and you get one egg currency. If you collect enough egg currency you can buy special egg collectibles from the shop. If you are the first one to find all of the eggs you could purchase the golden egg if you wish to do so.

You wake up one day and TBT has changed. A gleeful yellow bunny grins cheerfully from the banner. There are cute egg collectibles in the Shop, and the Easter thread is abuzz with excited members anxious to buy them. There are a few clues available to try and figure out, promising egg currency to purchase said collectibles. "This doesn't seem so bad," you say to yourself, and start analyzing the clues. As the day drags on, however, things start to take a dark turn. Zipper's smile seems a bit more sinister, and he starts appearing in places he really shouldn't be. The clues, you realize far too late, are harder than you expected. Way harder. You search high and low in every possible place you can think of, but the egg is nowhere to be found. A headache starts forming and your eyes feel strained from staring at your screen for hours. Your family is yelling for you, wondering where you've been all day. You ignore them, hearing only the call of that one egg collectible you're two solved clues away from obtaining.
