Hitting "backspace" and "enter" are kicking me out of my keyboard. Help!

When hitting the back button or enter, I'm kicked out of my keyboard. (Pretty much the title) I believe this is happening to other people as well, since it was written in the information desk. I thought I'd make it it's own thread so the staff would be more aware of it, and other people could discuss their issues with this. It's a bit frustrating sometimes as I'm not the greatest typer, haha. I'd love to see some awareness of this issue, that way I know I'm not alone.Thanks!

Oh thank god this is happening cause of the site? I thought it was my cracked cell phone lmao. I legit told my boyfriend yesterday that my phone was dying and the key pad was broken ooff

Every time I hit back space on my phone it closes rhe key oard. Im not even gonna fix my typos cauee then i gotta reopen the key pad everytime

Same for me. Its in my my mobile android phone.

This is apparently a bug in the current version of Chrome:

According to one of the comments there it sounds like it will be fixed in version 86, which currently has a beta version available on Google Play: https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/

I'm so relieved it's not my cellphone. Praise

Thank you! This was very frustrating sometimes, I'm glad you've found a solution! (also sorry I couldn't answer before questions sooner!)

Forgot to mention that a workaround for this is to click the gear icon, which changes the editor to BB code mode. You just won't be able to use the editor buttons to bold, link, etc.
