Holiday Advent Calendar 2020

Thank you so much for the snowflakes yesterday! However when I click on today's date for which I have a ticket in my inventory, it makes the sound like when you try to get up from sitting but you can't in game (lol) as an error sound when I click on today's date. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

Things to Know:
