i usually prefer the screen dim because it's easier on my eyes. although, not spending all day looking at screens would probably help too (oh well)

my eyesight's already pretty bad so i usually try and keep mine around 50%

I voted for 25% but its probably more like 30% for most of my devices, I usually keep my laptop and phone around here as anything too bright gives me eye strain and then a headache, but I still find this bright enough to see everything clearly. My iPad is usually slightly higher as I'm more likely to be watching something on that so I have it a bit brighter for when the tv series/movie is too dark.

I keep mine as dark as possible most of the time but I'll turn it up if I'm closely inspecting a picture or if a video is too dark to see

During the day probably 50%, but at night I like it at its lowest possible brightness because otherwise it hurts my eyes

It usually depends on the device but usually I have the brightness pretty low, less than half of a quarter most of the time or sometimes the lowest level of brightness. It's just what's comfortable for me.

My brightness on my devices is usually low except on my computer as I use it for graphic design and drawing, so I need to see exactly what I'm doing

my laptop is usually at about half and my phone generally stays pretty low. at night I turn it down more since it gets darker - in general my screens are bright enough to actually see what's happening and no more, both to save battery and my eyes

I keep mine really low. Like 5%. If it's too much brighter, it bothers me.

When other people look over my shoulder at my devices they say "how can you see anything?" :p

I really don't think it's that bad, my laptop and phone are both around 20-25%

am i the only one who needs it as bright as possible constantly lmaoo

maybe this is why my vision has been slowly getting worse over the years

I keep my devices pretty dim lol, especially my phone. I'm so used to it that it's always a shock when I look at someone else's phone and see how bright their screen is.

I go for around 80-100% in the morning/afternoon/ when it's bright and bring it down to about 50-60% in the evening when the sun starts setting. At night and when it's dark, I use 0% with night mode active.

it has to be extremely dim, otherwise, im not using it.

i only brighten it if i'm outside or if i need to take up the brightness to see something on my phone.

is that bad for the eyes?? i feel like it is lmao.

i can never have it too bright, makes my eyes strained and i def won’t be able to look at it, esp if it was in a dark room or the lights are off. usually have it at less than 25%, or at other times when i need to see better 50%, but that’s as far as i go. any brighter than that and ill go blind

Probably about 40% ish?
And when it's nighttime like 15% ish because I don't need t be blinded lmao.
Of course when I'm outside and it's bright out then all bets are off cause I'm not gonna see my phone no matter what I do haha.
The worst is when you go outside and slam your phone up to 100% brightness to try and text someone and then you go inside and turn your phone back on and BLIND YOURSELF with the brightness of your phone pfft.
Also, just saying, people who do auto-brightness are brave souls. That setting drives me absolutely insane and makes me want to vomit.

I always try to have them as low as possible and have the blue filter on, when there is one.
However.. if I watch a Horrorgame, it's usually so dark, that I have to put the brightness up to 100% to see anything >->

In the dark 0%, in the daytime probably 25-50%. I try not to let the battery run out too quickly.
