I have two images that are animated, but as of now I don't have permission to use them as signatures. I'm wondering why and how I can fix that. It's also telling images have to be 150 by 500 even though the limit is 250 by 715. Is that another limitation that has to be turned "on"?
How do I unlock the ability to have animated signatures?
