edit: you can do this by turning your joystick down, and then turn it to left or right. works for me!



this is such a stupid question but im legit curious how do you do this kind of shots in your island. like i purchased the camera and theres only handheld and tripod mode, nothing else and i cant seem to do pics like this! they say that they use the in game camera, but i tweak with it and nothing works? handheld only brings me to lower and same with tripod? can someone help me?

You have to get the Pro Camera app by purchasing with Nook Miles Tickets in Resident Services! I’m not sure when, but it comes later in the game. I upgraded my house to have a 4th room and I think it came sometime after that.

I already have the pro camera app, but all I have is handheld and tripod modes. None of these can capture these kinds of pics.

i just found the way! when you open the camera, look down with your joystick and spin it to the left or right. it works! happy to help!

Well that’s good to know. I’ve never seen a bird’s eye view shot that high in-game. Most that I’ve seem was through hacking.
