How do you get the villager face collectibles?

I wonder where do people get the villager face collectibles, because I don't see them in the shop and do you only get them when there is a holiday or a special day on the Belltree?

You used to be able to find them on the shop but right now they're all sold out. You can still get one, but you'll need to buy it from another user.

To bad I can't buy it from someone else, because they price them 3k, 500, 1k and 900 TBT. People make the prices to high.

those are the prices they sell for, since some never get restocked...sorry
