Would you rather drink it piping hot or let it cool? How cool do you want it to be? Do you like it mixed with pigeon milk?

For me, I prefer to wait until it's at room temperature, and if Brewster asks if I want pigeon milk I always say yes. (BTW, unpopular opinion: I do not see anything wrong with pigeon milk. I see it as like an in-game equivalent to cow's milk.) That's probably how I'd like my coffee, once I'm ready to drink the real thing IRL.

I drink it however Brewster serves it to me; I drink it right away and say yes to the pigeon milk if he asks 🙂. I feel like waiting and saying no would be rude; I know it’s just a game but those choices feel more natural to me.

Edited: sorry! I didn’t mean to come of as rude. Just was explaining the way I think; my thinking is kinda weird 😅

I let it get to room temp and have pigeon milk. Can’t have Brewster offended!

I’m pretty sure for some cultures waiting for food/tea/coffee to cool rather than eating or drinking it right away is considered rude
Oo I hadn’t considered/didn’t know this! I’ll start drinking it however he serves it plus the pigeon milk 😊

Don’t take my word for it (and play however you like 🙂; I didn’t mean my post to come across like it’s wrong to do it another way. I’ll edit my post). I know I’ve learned a little about some etiquette in a brief course I took on Asia. Like slurping soup and not eating food that in the US we consider to be “gross”. And this is just a game that’s for fun; I just was explaining how why I pick the choices I do >.<. Kinda silly since this is just a game. I feel bad though when I do something rude like accidentally pushing my villagers or something

Noo no! I didn’t take it that way at all! It was just a cool thing to learn, and I like playing it more realistically than “game-ly” ❤️

I have mad a few posts joking about pigeon milk, but I always say yes as well! I always drink it the way he serves it. Still not sure what happens if I let it cool!

I always have my characters drink the coffee hot, as soon as it's poured and presented to them. I dunno, I just don't want Brewster's disapproval, so I've never tried to let it cool. I also always get the pigeon milk included whenever he offers it. That said, since I have all these different player characters, none of whom are representative of myself since I don't play as myself in games, I probably ought to switch things up a bit and give the different characters their own personal preferences since it would be more realistic. I like to differentiate the characters in other regards, so I mean, I might as well.

It's a shame that the different coffee beans available from New Leaf (Blend, Blue Mountain, Kilimanjaro, Mocha) aren't available to choose from in New Horizons.

Haven't been to the roost in a while, but I usually go with what brewster recommends, which I think is usually hot and with pigeon milk because it makes him happy :>
