How do you spawn a music box??

So do you guys remember those music boxes made with the giant clam shells on new leaf? Well I'm designing a house right now and i really want a music box, and ive looked around and i can't figure out how to spawn them?? I figured the remodeling feature would have it but it doesn't? How?

A villager unlocks it but I'm not sure who it was that unlocked it.

It wasn't Gayle because I did Gayle's house but don't have the music box unlocked.

I don't think it was Puddles, I did Puddles home and I don't remember unlocking the music box.
