I ended up finding 7 and spent them all on a Starpower Egg. I'm still trying to find 3 to 6 more to get the JPEG Resetti and/or Cardboard Eggs, but nothing is turning up in my search at this point so this might be as good as I'll end up being able to do. If 7 is my limit, I'm at least happy that I did well enough to afford my second favorite behind the Golden Breakfast that Trundle ended up managing to claim. Overall, it is tough this year but it treated me well enough, I'd say.
