It’s never consistent. I was totally tired last night but only slept for roughly 4 hours. It’s also really tempting for me to sleep during the day for some reason. I think I may have insomnia.

I suffer from insomnia, so it varies. I can get as low as 3 hours, or as high as 12 hours. I hate sleeping in as much as I do not getting enough sleep - it puts my entire schedule out of order.

Usually between 8-11 hours for me. Most night 10 hours is what I need (and it's not because I sleep late; even when I needed to wake up early if I wasn't in bed by 9pm I'd struggle to wake up the next day)

I absolutely have insomnia. I have had it since I was 10 years old, or at least that's when I noticed it. My body would be on this constant, dumb alarm of waking up every single day for two years at the times of 2:00, 2:22, 3:00, 3:33 without fail one of those times were always on the clock. Usually 2:00 and 2:22.
That basically never stopped and I constantly just don't sleep in general, brain doesn't shut off, cats crawling all over, nightmares, and sleeping in awkward positions wakes me up. Hopefully one week I'll be able to have a good night sleep

I usually sleep for around 10 hours except on fridays and saturdays because I work morning shifts on saturdays and sundays, in which case I sleep between 5 and 6 hours.

5-8 usually depending on how long I scroll on social media before going to bed

I usually need a solid 8hrs, but I tend to get somewhere in the realm of 7-8. On weekends sometimes a bit less, since I tend to stay up later and my body will still wake me up at my work wake up time :')

It really depends on the day for me. My roof is in the loft and has sky windows, so when it's raining its pretty loud. Similarly when it's sunny I tend to wake up earlier as my room gets quite bright.

Also HIGHLY depends on when I go to bed, because I have a phone addiction

Ideally I'd like 8 hours or more, but I procrastinate enough every night so that I usually end up with around 5 hours (6 on a good day). Weirdly enough, whenever I do get 8 or more hours of sleep, I'm just as groggy as I am after 5. In fact, I'm always groggy so it doesn't really matter.

i'm really trying to get 8 hours of sleep but i never end up doing so. usually 6-7 on a good day ://

I try and aim for about 8/9 hours but my mind disagrees and keeps me up - probably averaged about 4/5 over the last few months.

I typically need around 9 hours to feel really well-rested and functional. I'd prefer it if I could get by with 7-8 hours, because that means I'd have that much more time during the day, but even that's a bit of a struggle for me.

I try to get 8 hours of sleep. So I have to go to sleep about 10pm during the week.

Depending on the night, I get between 6 and 8 hours of sleep. I still feel as well rested on the nights where it's just 6 hours as I do on the 7 or 8 hour nights, so fine by me. There are, of course, the occasional days where I wake up feeling like I could've slept more, but I'd assume that's the case for everybody at some point in their lives.

If I need to fly somewhere, though, I can never get a restful sleep the night prior. The night of Christmas Eve into Christmas Day is also a crapshoot each year of whether I'll get a good amount of sleep during the night. A present of its own to unwrap, I suppose.
