I get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I find that sleeping more than I need makes me feel groggy, so I try to sleep within that set time frame. Also, if I don't get enough sleep, I take a power nap during the day so I have more energy.
I miss you so much. You didn't realize how lucky you were.usually 7-8, i find i do best on 7! 8 is a wee bit too much sometimes so i leave it for weekends, it feels great later in the day but i feel so drowsy as soon as i wake up.
