I get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I find that sleeping more than I need makes me feel groggy, so I try to sleep within that set time frame. Also, if I don't get enough sleep, I take a power nap during the day so I have more energy.
I voted for 8 but probably 9-10 hours of sleep is the perfect amount for me. I can do more or less. Normally I don't have a problem falling asleep or staying asleep but it all depends on certain circumstances.
I think I get around 7-10 hrs now. But I do wake up 2-3 times during that. I never timed myself being awake, but a guess would be 15-30mins.. maybe an hour sometimes. I'd potty get a drink and then look at the window or hop on my phone until I get settled in enough to sleep again.
I usually get about six hours on a weekday, and anywhere from 7-9 hours on the weekend days. I just feel like I don't have the time to sleep any more hours during the week! I like to be awake by 7 am on weekends though, so I can feel like I get the most out of the day! And also, quiet mornings are so nice.
I probably get around 5-6. Sometimes 4. Should I get more hours? Probably, but I also get up at 2-4am for work and that means I'd have to be in bed by 6-8PM and I honestly just don't want to live my life for work.
currently on zero hours sleep and it’s 7:10 am and i completely fine. infact i’m cutting down all the trees on my nh island… little snag in the road, all my tools are broke and i cannot find my iron
it depends on the night. i usually don’t get much restful sleep during the summer due to how hot it is, and i haven’t been sleeping all that great lately, so i’ve been averaging about 3-6 hours of sleep per night. but sometimes i’m able to sleep for 8+ hours if i’m super tired and/or i’m in a depressive episode, and sometimes i sleep for less than 3 hours. it really depends lol
usually 7-8, i find i do best on 7! 8 is a wee bit too much sometimes so i leave it for weekends, it feels great later in the day but i feel so drowsy as soon as i wake up.
i need like 9-10 hours per night, but recently ive been having trouble sleeping because of anxiety and i've been getting an average of 5 hours per night
