I have something like 5,000 points. I don't just go in and buy every single thing just to get Nook Points, so. The rewards are neat, but there's only a few that I'm interested in, like the Link outfit/wig.

Around 2000, I tend to spend them all. All I need is the kart and then I have all of the nook point items.
