way too high.. i get 6 to 7 hours of sleep every night and definitely should be getting more. strangely enough, i am even more tired when i get more sleep. i wonder why this is..?

high debt, i usually get about 5 hours at most of sleep a day. also i have a lot of debt from all those all-nighters i pulled in middle school for no reason

I try to get 8 hours a sleep per day, I just have a problem with falling asleep so it usually ends up being 6-7.

Really have no idea how people make it through the day with 1-2 hours. I used to be able to pull all-nighters as a young teen, but now it would just ruin my entire day.

Sleep debt is only in your head. You cannot catch up on sleep you've lost

I sleep too much actually. I normally need a lot more sleep than other people but I tend to sleep even more than I need because depression.

Its pretty low on the weekends. But high on weekdays. And since its mixed and the weekday is long, i'll choose high.

I always use a cold rag and put it against my eye, its a no go.

I just got 9 hours of sleep FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER.

this is great i felt so awake today and i didnt yawn at al during school

I never knew how wonderful it can feel to get a good night's sleep, but my head still hurts oops

To make up for the years I've had sleeping problems I would likely have to hibernate for a few months to catch up....

I tend to get 6 hours of sleep, I think 7 1/2 hours would be ideal for me. I love sleeping, but I don't want to miss out on too much of the day.

On work days I only get about 5 hours of sleep unfortunately. On the weekends, I get an extra 3-4 hours of sleep usually which feels more appropriate and I actually feel rested. So my sleep debt is pretty high because I'm missing out on all that sleep every day I have to get up early for work.

I'm not in tooo much debt. I sleep somewhere between 7-8 hours every day. I would probably feel really refreshed if I slept 9 hours one day but I just haven't been letting myself do that :p here's to working online until midnight and then setting an alarm to get up and do more work online

I've always had a weird sleep schedule. But...it's always worked for me. Used to sleep from about 3 or 4am to around 10 or 10:30am. But, lately, I've been sleeping really poorly. Nothing has changed on my end...but, my dad lost his job before the quarantine situation even started (he used to leave for work at 3am, the same time I would go to sleep...so the house would be dead quiet)...so he's just home all the time, and he gets up early and makes a lot of noise, and gets into arguments with my mom, and all kinds of other stuff. So...yeah, my ability to sleep in the morning has been greatly reduced, and I'm lucky if I can get 3 or 4 hours of sleep where I used to get an easy 6-7. Just something I have to put up with, since it is my own fault for still living here...but, I don't have any better options right now.

No matter how much sleep I get is never enough. I always feel like I never got enough sleep so I feel like I'm always in high debt.
This is how I feel, lol. I normally get around 5-6 hours during school, but even when I'm not in school and I get around 8 hours I still feel tired. In fact, sometimes with more sleep I feel more tired than usual ;V
