It depends. Some days due to a medical condition called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I get so sleepy that I can sleep for over 20 hours. Then if I'm lucky, I can be awake for long periods of time.
 
i sleep a lot, probably way more than i should, so my sleep debt is fairly low but i’m still always tired lmao
 
With quarantine I have a decent sleep schedule of 7-8 hours. If ever I go below 7 hours, I sleep longer the next day. I guess it happens cause I don't have a proper schedule to wake up to and just recently graduating college, unemployed...

i sleep way too much nowadays and average around 8-10 hours rather than 6-8 which would be more normal. i'm trying to work on it but at the moment i'm definitely in negative sleep debt.

This is the same for me, lol. I sleep way too much, but am still somehow always tired.
 
HIGH from staying up late to work on research papers and projects all the time, especially during the week of online finals

i'm trying really hard to get back to regular hours now, but i've become so used to going to bed at around 5am-6am. working on it!
 
I feel like I’m still trying to pay off my sleep debt for all the times I stayed up for 24+ hours as kid lol
Usually I sleep for 10 hours and still wake up tired
 
Assuming the average amount of sleep you should be getting is 8 hours, then it's fairly high for me. I end up only getting 6-7 hours of sleep on average during the weekdays, and then on the weekends I end up being able to get 8 or more (typically), but it isn't enough to offset the weekday loss. I'm just eternally catching up at this rate, lol
 
I may be a Night Owl (currently 2am here), but I usually get plenty of sleep, just about 8-9 hours of sleep.
Except for that one time I fell asleep at 11pm and woke up at 3am. Still paying back from that, since I love sleep and my debt will never be repaid.
