Hmm, I'm gonna voice my opinion of which you have heard many times xD!
I would say.. 100?
Currently, there is no shading on the skirt under the arms, and there is no light source :C
You have that a bit on the hair, but not much else. Lines are clear, but you could have some variant in thicknesses.
But yeah, otherwise it's great! Just think about different sizes of the parts and shade accordingly n.n

I think you should probably practice more before selling. I personally don't buy art, but if I were to price yours it would be 10-35 tbt. Work on the shading and making the line art neater. The anatomy is a bit deterring as well. I couldn't really tell whether it was a chibi or not, but the hands and feet are small.

10-35 tbt, but of course im not an expert so ya...

advice: you could perhaps try focusing more on anatomy as the pose looks a bit stiff, try studying and sketching some dynamic poses! I find that this helps a lot~

It's cute! One thing I'd work on is making your strokes more neat, and straight. Rather than it being curvy ish and messy.
I'd also add some detail because why not!
