How often do you beat your animal neighbors?

How often do you beat your animal neighbors? I have a few snooty females and cranky males that complain because I couldn't get them what the want. Then they make cutting remarks and get all sad or ticked off.

My solution is to beat them with my golden net. What net you use? Do you even beat them?

1.I like all types ( yes even snooty, infact snooty are my favourite)
2. I dont normally go on now so not much.

I really only hit neighbors that I absolutely hate. Although sometimes when I hit A to talk to someone and am holding a tool it will hit them which is really annoying!
