I?m just wondering. I?m headed to the gym tomorrow for the third time this summer in the last half week in addition to martial arts. Then I have martial arts in the evening tomorrow. Getting any sort of exercise is good, because it helps the chemicals in your brain and makes you feel good about yourself afterwards. It also can increase your strength, speed, and muscle size if you do it right.

So how often do you go to the gym or do some sort of exercise?

I would go every other day but I rely on my mom's friend to take me and she took me once but never again :p

It's a shame because I need to go to continue my physical therapy on my left knee :(

I used to do it every few days. However, school made me very busy, and then after getting out for the summer, I had two surgeries, and now that I had gynecomastia surgery a week ago, it's going to be about another week before I can work out at a gym or at home.

the gym, never. the only exercise i do is jogging/going on walks every other day. i did go to the gym 3x a week during school time because the gym membership is included in my school fees.

When I was in P.E last year, we went to the weight room every couple of days and I really enjoyed it. Now that I'm not in that class anymore, I don't necessarily go to a gym, but I find that I run/ dance around my house quite a lot, so I guess I exercise decently often xD

edit: I just realized that I put went room instead of weight room ._.

I haven't recently lately used to daily but about an hour or so ago I worked out some. I need to start back doing it more.

I used to take martial arts. I stopped going to class after I got my black belt. It helped my self-confidence. That’s why I started practicing martial arts in the first place.

I don't have a gym membership, but I'm trying to get into a work-out routine around the house. Not super successful yet, but I've been able to in the past, just gone through sort of a rough patch mentally this year.

Don't go to the gym but I exercise every day in the evening after work usually.. I only skip it if I have a bad headache/migraine or if I'm feeling like I literally might fall asleep any minute.

I'm trying to work out at home once a day now, or once every other day, for at least 10 - 30 minute sessions. I have zero motivation for physical activity now, which is interesting, since I was an extremely active child. I did competitive gymnastics and I was really enthusiastic about all kinds of sports. 10 years later, I've now moved so little, that my muscles are shrinking to the point where they can't properly support my bones anymore. I've had a couple of dislocations and it's difficult to stand for more than 10 minutes at a time. I'm really ashamed of it, so I'm trying my best to work my way back to good health.

Never LOL. Not having a car is exercise itself man. I don't plan on paying for a gym membership either but I go rollerskating almost every day around my neighborhood.

3-4 times a week at the moment. Running on the treadmill and power yoga via YouTube videos. Miss going to a real gym but can't afford to outwith term time.

I exercise 5x per week, taking the weekends off. I do ~90 minute sessions of weightlifting/strength training 2x per week and cardio 3x per week, either with resistance on an elliptical or distance running.

Fitness is a huge aspect of my life and I'd go as far as saying it's one of the most important things to me.
