In my opinion, you are never too old for them, especially if it makes you happy.
I say this as I have many plushies/stuffed animals but I'm definitely at an age most people would think is "too old".

I'd say never! c: I still like plushes and buy them for myself sometimes, but also my grandmother still likes them, and even my great-grandmother did too when she was still around.
If it's something that makes you happy, I think that's all that really matters. ^^ It's not hurting anybody.

Well I don't know if you want an answer from me because I am still young and not an adult yet but
I'm in my late teens and I still collect and sleep with my stuffed animals(actually I want some for my birthday coming up), a lot of people call this childish for an older teen to still be interested in stuffed animals and most people my age just want clothes or tech, there is nothing wrong with liking things that make you happy as long as it's not hurting anyone and I personally don't think it's childish I don't understand why anyone wouldn't want a cuddly friend to have...

We talk about one plushie in particular all the time. Put it in funny places. Talk about the plushies' opinions. It's a fun, cute, harmless thing. I'm always tempted to buy more plushies but there's just not enough room!

There's nothing wrong with enjoying things like watching cartoons still and owning tons of dolls at your age. The world sucks enough already and life is short.

This, I've seen some disturbing stuff with adults fetishizing stuffed animals and/or cartoons etc. so yeah..agree 100%

And yeah I sleep with my dog stuffed buds sometimes and I do own some other soft toys so hey!

Like what others have said, you're never too old for stuffed animals (or anything else that would be considered 'childish'). I don't have a ton since I had to get rid of a few, but I have quite a bit of plushies displayed in my room. Some are more recent that I've received from other people or that I bought from stores, and some I've kept from when I was a kid. As long as it makes you happy, I think stuffed animals are for everyone.

As someone who loves plushies, I agree with the sentiments of everyone here: there's no such thing as a "cut-off" date for the things you love! If it's legal and you're not harming anyone, it's no one's business what you enjoy/collect!

I have SO MANY plushies right now they're kind of taking over my bed LOL
One in particular is a stuffed dog toy I got when I was hospitalized from an accident as a kid, one of the staff gave him to me; I named him Puppy and he's been with me for so many years, I would never get rid of him
