How to remove wifi ratings

Hi how do I remove a negative wifi rating? Would blocking someone remove it?

Basically I've received a negative trade rating from someone I've never traded with, added or even spoken to on TBT. This person is just doing it because either; (a) she has me confused with someone or (b) thinks it's funny.

I know it's silly to be so obsessed with 1 negative rating out of 6 other great ones but I'm afraid people won't want to trade with me again because of this person.

I would talk to the mods via the Contact the Staff Sub Forum and ask there, there is no way for people to personally delete negative wifi ratings as far as I know.

Yep ^ Make sure to include all the deets if you can.

Also why do people even leave this "for fun"... I mean I can see if you would be able to delete them yourself would be very abused and people giving themselves a good rep when they are bad...and give the staff even more work (unless they add a review thing for this)...

I have encountered the same situation as JoyCol. I received a negative feedback rating from a user I have never done a trade with or spoken to on this site.
The contact us forum mentions that it should only be used as a last resort and has a link to this forum so I am posting here in
the hope that the negative feedback issue can be resolved.

I can see this is from a user with so many poor ratings (and rude apparently). I think that can help in your favor with proving this can be a trickster.

I've never seen so many bad ratings omg...

Hi guys thank you for directing me to that forum. I'm quite new to TBT and don't know everything associated with it, I tend to stick to the ReTail thread.

unfortunately the same thing happened to me, and i see that it's from the same user that gave you the negative rating as well. at first i thought it was an error, but it's just a troll :/
