How to title links/acronyms?

I'm not really sure what it's called on here, but on deviantART we call it acronyms.
I've seen a bunch of people doing this on here but I don't know how!
What I mean by 'acronyms' or 'titling links' is you know you can post links here? No problem!
But some people can have a word in a sentence like "look at this here" and the 'here', when clicked on will take you to a link!
Can someone tell me how to do this! ;~; I will be eternally grateful!​
