it’s hit or miss for me sometimes, and there are times i struggle with insomnia but that’s gotten better over the years. but i feel like i’ve gotten better with falling asleep but staying asleep through the night is still tricky sometimes.
I struggle often with sleeping.
I've seen me wake up thinking I've had a good sleep and only 45 minutes have passed.
Staying asleep for more than a couple of hours is impossible most nights.
i fall asleep incredibly easily, but on the flip side i wake up just as easily too. it takes me no more than 5 minutes to fall asleep but i wake up for everything ><
usually i'm able to sleep without any problems, but lately it's been the opposite, so i guess it depends? i tend to get 4-5 hours of sleep (6-8 on a good day) and can function just fine.
I've never really slept enough but I made it work. Lately though I've been having really bad sleep problems >-> I'm probably going to try out OTC sleep aids and see if that helps.
it really depends on the day, how tired i am, and annoyingly how much i need to fall asleep right then and there. a lot of the time if i know i'm getting up early the next day and i need to fall asleep *right now* to get a good amount of sleep, i'm wide awake. once i'm out i'm usually out for the count though, other than sometimes turning in my sleep. you can tell if i've been exhausted if i wake up and the duvet has hardly even moved because i've been stock still
I’m a light sleeper. I wake up to sounds easily and light. Every day I wake up to my dad talking; he talks so loud because he’s deaf and won’t get hearing aids.
I’m also a night owl and have depression, so when I finally fall asleep, I tend to oversleep.
Nowadays, I don’t have trouble falling asleep. However, my sleep is often interrupted randomly by itself or due to nightmares. After that, it’s hard going back to sleep. I call it a good rest if I can sleep for at least 7 hours.
