I take it pretty well. Constructive criticism is helpful and only makes you better if you listen. I do keep in mind the source of the criticism, however. If it's coming from someone that doesn't know much about what I'm doing, then I take it with a grain of salt. If it's coming from someone like my boss, or someone more skilled/ with more experience, I try to pay attention and take what I can from it.

When I was younger and put my art on IG (look I wasn't the brightest kid) I was 100% unable to handle it :'( But now, I'm focusing on portraits, human and animal, so any constructive criticism is appreciated. I've learned over my art journeys that art is VERY subjective. Something that looks perfect to one may look not so great to another. It's just something to remember that no matter how hard we try, or how much we'd like to, we can't please everybody. When you're satisfied and proud, that's the most important part of any art. Plain ol' criticism is a whole other rant from me, lmao!

Generally I take it wonderfully and try to apply it to my art.. but if it?s my husband giving the ?constructive? criticism I ignore him XD he mostly doesn?t help since he just bluntly would say ?the eye looks weird? and then I start to see it and it just ruins it for me ;o; another reason why I don?t show him stuff XD

I take it when it?s presented to me well. Just as long as it isn?t brought up in a condescending manner.
