The ending cutscenes were a little confusing, but this is what I think I've figured out

Ganondorf and zant were connected, because ganondorf housed his power in them... so Zant moved his neck like he can normally do (I think there was a part when he twisted it all the way around... I forgot) and somehow took control over ganondorf... and snapped his neck... so they both died, but ganondorf couldn't have died, he is in other games... and his triforce power went away, or maybe it just failed him... uhhg... confusing




And why did Midna destroy the mirror? Anyone know?

I haven't beaten it, but I could hazard that she probably destroyed it to get rid of the evil and not let any more Twilight into Hyrule.

I beat it, but I have no answers for you. It was a pretty confusing game, lol. But I do know that Zant snapped his own neck to kill Ganon since he was inside Ganon, and I THINK Midna broke the mirror to make sure nothing came in or out of the twilight and to show her rightfull possistion as twilight princess perhaps.

No No No, they broke it to make you think you will never see her again when reall in the next game you will ust have to go on a ridiculous path through several dungeons to collect things that will let you into the twilight realm..... so roundabout.
