I can't enter IRC!

I've been trying to enter the IRC. Every time I try, (to make the tabs part easier to understand, Forum Home, ACNewLeaf.com, Rules, Shop, What's New, New Post's, Blog Tree, Chat tabs) the Forum Home one and the Chat one are both what this computer thinks is clicked. How does this get solved?

Try clicking the search magnifying glass?
Or, rather, try clicking a tad lower on the Chat button.
Maybe the computer thinks you're clicking the Picture up above.
Or does it actually, like show that it was clicked or something?
