Okay so I had a villager I knew I wasn't keeping permanently move out so I've been mystery island hopping to find one of the last two villagers I'm searching for...
And then I come across Bam! He's so cute, I loved him in Pocket Camp! And the thing is... I want to add him into my roster. ;-;
I'm thinking of (eventually when he asks to move out) letting Kyle go, who I thought I wanted to perma stay, but... I feel bad ;A;

Someone tell me it's okay to let Kyle go and invite bam T^T

it’s perfectly okay to let kyle go and invite bam! i’ve actually dealt with this situation myself but instead of letting go of kyle, it was kid cat, who i was originally planning on keeping as my permanent jock. guess bam is just too irresistible.

it's fine to let kyle go! maybe you could even rotate between a couple of your favorites, so they can all get a chance to stay at your island

I think it's perfectly fine to move Kyle out if you like Bam better! Like the above user said, you could even rotate between your favorites if you wanted! Kyle and Bam are both "dreamies" of mine, so I completely understand where you're coming from!

As someone who doesn't have permanent residents, because I love having new villagers rotating in, I totally think it's perfectly good to let Bam in and Kyle out!

It's perfectly fine to let Kyle go! And the good thing is, there isn't a villager cycle in New Horizons. So if you change your mind after he has left, you can always get him back

this is part of the reason why I have no set 'dreamies'! (except for Rodney). as much as I love certain villagers, I'm too indecisive to let them stay on my island forever, plus if I miss them that much I can just move them back in at a later date! part of the fun is meeting all these different villagers and seeing who you get on with best (and who perhaps you don't)

Aww I don’t think you should feel bad at all! Honestly sometimes I feel bad keeping villagers for ages when they tell me they’re ready to see the world and I say no

Bam is really cute! He was my starter jock and is still on my island, I like him a lot. Hopefully you like him too!
