I have a very bad problem

I wonder when will my lame username will change because I already posted the thread about the username change in the private staff forums. And it has been over 7 days and still nothing and I don't want to get answers like "just wait for few more days" because I had waited for few more days and still my trashy username is still the same.

I need a right answer for this and in case you admins can tell me if I did everything right when I posted the thread in the private contact staff.

I just hope I didn't waste my 1,200 TBT for this username change thing
