I love all my villagers

I really like all of my villagers, I think I've been really lucky to get such a wonderful bunch. I don't want any of them to leave, but then I'll never see new ones.

First world problems eh!

You can do what I'm trying to do - I'm going to try not to let anyone leave until I get their picture. After that, they can leave to make room for someone else.

I restarted my game on Tuesday and I'm happy with the villagers I now have however, this only happened at a cost; I had to restart the game over and over again so that I had villagers I actually like and can put up with.
I currently have Kiki, Ribbot, Erik, Flora and Soleil. My only dislike is Soleil but I have Julian moving in soon so all is well. I just hope the next few villagers that come along aren't ones that I dislike.

While it does seem like a trivial thing to care about this game is about aesthetics and you want things to look good. Even the villagers.

That's a pretty good idea, actually. Getting pictures is a little difficult though, but at least it gives you something to work towards. ^^

I was like "urgh..." at Quillson when he first moved in, but he's not that bad of a duck. He's starting to grow on me a little. My friend's village has Hippeux and he's frightening. o_o;

Then again, if you liked everyone and everyone was cute it would be kind of boring. You don't want anyone to move out or torment. XD

Even though I love most of my villagers (and I want to keep Rolf and Avery forever) right now, I know I will let one or two go from time to time because I like change and I like meeting new villagers. Not so much to collect their pictures, but just for the sake of having someone new to interact with every now and then. If I had my way, my town would be filled with cranky villagers only because I love them so much. But I know that makes for a boring village, at least it would be for me. So I aim for a little change, here and there, now and then.

It's all about preference though. I'll admit, I'm not a fan of any of the OP's villagers. ^^;

I've eight villagers currently and a ninth is moving in tomorrow. I absolutely love four of them (Filbert, Peanut, Pashmina and Bam) and I'm quite happy with two of the others (Keaton and Blanche). I've no interest at all in Tiffany or Chow - but the latter is moving out soon so. I've Lolly moving in tomorrow. She looks cute, but I don't know what she's like yet.
