I need some help from a site moderator

I haven't been able to gift my March Birthstone to anyone, It wasn't given to me (I bought it through the shop) and its really annoying that I have 300 bells just sitting there.

Anyone able to help? (I tried on the chat and all I saw was a bunch of profane language being used)
