“Assorted” Collector
Although we had town tunes for the longest time, I think the game is still missing something. To be fair, I just got sick of the K.K. Slider musics. They are so simple, poorly made, and annoying. So how about the next game has something similar to what Little Big Planet 2 and later had - a custom soundtrack maker.
To unlock the custom music maker in-game, you have to listen to every K.K. Slider song. Once you get all the K.K. music cataloged, you are ready to make your own music. K.K. will appear in Club LOL even when they are cleaning up, but only on Saturdays. You can talk to him about making music.
When you make your own song, you have several instruments to choose from, but you can only have four played in one soundtrack. Also, the longest your soundtrack can go up to is two minutes, where the tempo is always 120 bpm. You can decide how long your soundtrack is, as long as it's not greater than 2 minutes or less than 30 seconds. After you set your frame, you can work on the music.
Your frame can be adjusted at any time. When you add the music, you select an instrument, and then add the dots to represent the notes. Different colors mean different instruments. But if you use 4 instruments, you cannot add anymore.
The custom soundtracks will also have a similar feature to the Able Sisters - QR codes. There are QR music codes too. You can make your own, and even download others' custom soundtracks.
Last, but not least, your custom soundtrack will always loop when it gets to the end, but it doesn't loop when you test it.
