If you could listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I know this question was on Stephen Colbert last night, but I’m curious as to what everyone would say. I listen to all kinds of music, so it’s a tough choice.

Mine would be “Should I Laugh or Cry” by ABBA.

I don't watch Stephen Colbert so I can't recall this question being up there.

To answer your question, there are lots of songs I'd often play repeatedly because they sound so good. But the one I wouldn't mind listening to forever is "Wherever I May Roam" by Metallica. It's my favorite song as of typing, so I don't think it's surprising, lol. Plus, it's pretty long, so I guess that means I don't get as tired of it compared to other shorter songs.

There is no singular song that wouldn't drive me crazy within a couple of weeks.

I'm embrace the monotony and pick this:

Okay, that was very funny to watch! XD

The Future is A Foreign Land by Ghost
I've been listening to it since release day at least once daily and I really am not tired of it at all

I'm not really sure. This is such a tough question for sure! I love a TON of music. But if I had to choose, it'd probably be a song that reminds me of my loved ones. Or my partner. :3

I love I Know You by Faye Webster, A LOT, and I feel it's my theme song to some degree; but listening to it for the rest of my life would be so depressing xD

Oh, that’s kind of tough. I know I would probably want a song I sing along to, but I know it probably honestly get sick of it after a few years. I could probably definitely background noise music either the theme Hedwig theme from Harry Potter or the Jurassic Park theme. I love me some John Williams and he is the master of composition theme songs!!!

That's a really difficult question.. Maybe "Easy Living" by Billie Holiday because it's kind of a relaxing song that reminds me of summer and ironically (or maybe not ironically) also reminds me of more carefree times 🤔 and playing fallout 3 of course
