JITTERS IN BOXES

latest

Jitters (ジーニョ,, Jinyo?) is a jock bird villager from the Animal Crossing series, who made his debut in Animal Crossing: Wild World. Jitters seems to be a representation of the Latin-American culture, especially Brazilian culture, as he wears a Soccer Tee (which looks like the Brazilian soccer team uniform), has K.K. Samba playing in his house (Samba is a popular musical style in Brazil), and has the coloration of the Brazilian flag. His name refers to "coffee jitters" - a side effect some experience after drinking coffee (Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer).

Appearance

Jitters is a green bird with yellow around his orange beak, and blue on the feathers and his belly. He has blue circles around his big, round eyes. He seems to be based off of a hummingbird. Jitters's initial clothing is the Soccer Tee. His color scheme resembles the Brazilian flag, similar to the music in his house, K.K. Samba.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the jock personality. For more information, click here.

Jitters has a jock personality, which means he will have a keen interest in sports and fitness, making him appear competitive and in some cases rude when talking to other villagers, usually criticizing their fitness. He will appear slow-witted and absent-minded when talking about deep, meaningful things. He will get along well with peppy villagers, but gets confused by the choice of lifestyle followed by lazy villagers, who appear opposite to the jock personality. He may offend and upset snooty and cranky villagers.

House

He has K.K. Samba as the music in his house. His flooring and wallpaper is backyard flooring and wallpaper. His house has sprinklers and bugs. Jitter's house looks like a backyard. He has the barbecue, 2 oil drums, and lounge chair.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

"Yay! Thanks for coming to celebrate my birthday!"

? Boomer, during his birthday, in Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Boomer (ショーイ,, Shoi?) is a lazy penguin villager who first appears in Dōbutsu no Mori + as an islander. He was absent in Animal Crossing: Wild World, but reappears in Animal Crossing: City Folk. His name most likely comes from a character of the same name in Battlestar Galactica, who was also a pilot; more evidence towards this is how his room is space-themed in New Leaf. His initial catchphrase is another reference to Battlestar Galactica, in which Boomer is a non-human character living among humans.

Appearance

Boomer wears an aviator's hat and goggles. As an islander, his initial shirt is the blue aloha shirt. His eyes are small, black rectangles. His main body color is olive green, while his flippers and belly are white, and his beak and legs are yellow. When it rains he carries the Camo Umbrella.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.
As a lazy villager, he will enjoy napping and talking about food, as well as appearing calm and relaxed through most circumstances. Like all villagers, he will enjoy the usual hobbies. When he talks about clothes, he may mention his alter ego, "Fashion Lad", a made-up hero by lazy villagers who tackle fashion disasters. Snooty and jock villagers will find it difficult to get along with him, due to his relaxed lifestyle, which may cause offense to these villagers. Overall, he will get along well with other villagers in the town.

Fruit Allergy

As an islander, Boomer has a favorite fruit and a fruit that he is allergic to. Feeding him the allergic fruit will reduce the likelihood of him dropping money bags. Boomer is allergic to cherries and loves pears.

House

Boomer's house has an island feel, and he uses the Tropical Floor and the Western Vista as his choice of wallpaper and flooring. He will also have Aloha K.K. playing on a Stereo when he acquires one.

In New Leaf, his house has received a makeover, and now uses the sky wall paired with plank flooring in a space pilot theme. He retains Aloha K.K. as his music, and has a reel-to-reel in the corner that plays it. Inside his home are a captain's monitor; one regular, two small, and two large space consoles, and two space captain's seats.

Trivia

Boomer is one of the few villagers who wear accessories.

Ack, I want Boomer but I have no room right now. Phoebe and Del refuse to leave.

Rosie (ブーケ,, Bouquet?) is a peppy cat villager that has appeared in all games in the Animal Crossing series to date and also appeared in Dōbutsu no Mori. As a peppy villager, Rosie will appear friendly, excitable, and hospitable towards other villagers and the player. She has appeared in every Animal Crossing game so far, including the newest release, Animal Crossing: New Leaf. She is also a widely popular Animal Crossing representative symbol, as she appears on many game covers and has merchandise based upon her appearance. Her initial catchphrase is a reference to how lighthearted peppy villagers act most of the time, being very cheerful and friendly to both the player and other villagers.

Appearance

Rosie is a cerulean cat with dark blue hair and fur. She has big black eyes (Drawn similar to the eyes of a classic cartoon character in the games, but drawn in an anime style in the movie and some merchandise) and has light, rosy blush on her cheeks (Hence her name). She has white tips on her paws, tail, feet, and ears. The insides of her ears transition from pink to light pink. She appears to have no nose, but she does have a smile seen on drawings of cats. Her initial shirt is a Dazed Shirt sequenced in pink, purple, magenta, and beige in a diagonal checkerboard design. On rainy days, she carries a Mint Gingham umbrella. Her initial clothing in Animal Crossing is a Shortcake shirt.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

Rosie is a peppy villager, which means she will appear over-excited to see the player and most other villagers. Like all peppy villagers, she will appear childish and immature, usually asking the player for items she wants. She will enjoy the usual hobbies and will tell the player that when she is bug catching, she is looking for a particular bug that may look nice in her home. Rosie will easily get upset in conversation when wrong things are said. She will get along well with other villagers, particularly the lazy, normal, jock, and other peppy villagers, but she may annoy and upset cranky and snooty villagers, whose personalities differ. Due to the honest nature of peppy villagers, she may mention how "old" or "boring" cranky villagers are compared to her opposing, upbeat personality. She is a young female villager, which means she can also be quite snooty on a rare occasion.

House

In Animal Crossing: Wild World, Rosie's house does not really have a theme. She has a Green Counter and some other items. She also has a stereo that plays Rockin' K.K.. She also has a blue table, red sofa, bathtub, gas pump, punching bag, and a snow board in her house. She has mod wallpaper and a cowhide rug. Her house is very random, just furniture and stuff that never stays on topic, reflecting her upbeat and hyper personality. Like most peppy villagers, when she asks for furniture, she will usually ask for pink furniture. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, she has Bubblegum K.K. playing.

STATIC IN BOXES

latest

Static (スパーク,, Spark?) is a cranky squirrel villager in the Animal Crossing series. His name is a reference to the lightning bolt pattern. His catchphrase is a phrase commonly associated with lightning. Both of his picture quotes and his Japanese name are references to lightning. He has been featured in all of the games so far.

Appearance

Static in the N64 Animal Forest
Static is a purple squirrel with a yellow swirl on his tail and a yellow lightning bolt on the top of his head, outlined in light green. He initially wears a Melon Shirt. The inside of his ears are a cute pink, and the tip of his paws are a lighter shade of purple than the rest of his body. Whenever Static is happy or feeling fine, he seems to frown, but when he is upset, he seems to smile. However, his eyes do the opposite of what his mouth does. For example, if Static was angry, his eyes would look angry, but his mouth would smile. However, this is not true in New Leaf, as he smiles when happy, and frowns when sad. In Animal Forest, the inside of his ears were blue instead of pink, his yellow swirl was a darker shade of yellow, and his paws were the same color as his ear color in Animal Forest +.

Personality

Static from Animal Crossing
Below is a brief description of the cranky personality. For more information, click here.

As a cranky villager, Static will appear very mature compared to other personality types. This may make him appear a bit rude at times to other villagers, including the player. Over time, he will learn to confide in the player, considering them his only friend and turning to them for advice. He will enjoy the usual hobbies, but for relaxation and peace rather than for competition. He will occasionally ask the player to get him clothes. His favorite style of furniture and clothing is the Rock n' Roll style, and his favorite song is Surfin' K.K.

Static from Animal Crossing: City Folk

According to the Official Animal Crossing: New Leaf Prima Guide, his special skill is backflipping and his dream is to be a guitarist. The coffee he enjoys at Brewster's cafe is Kilimanjaro, with the regular amount of milk and 2 spoonfuls of sugar.

House

Static has many items from the modern series. He has several guitars and stereos, along with a mountain bike. His wallpaper is the plaza wall and his flooring is steel flooring.
