latest

Agent S (2ごう,, #2?) is a peppy squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series. Like the other superheroes, she was introduced in the 2003 Japanese exclusive Dōbutsu no Mori e+, and reappeared in later games in the series. The "S" in her name most likely refers to her species, giving her the full title of Agent Squirrel. It is also possible that the "S" stands for sidekick, matching her catchphrase.

Appearance

Agent S wears a blue helmet emblazoned with two vertical white stripes that has the number two between them. Her arms and legs appear to be blue with white markings, while her tail is white with a gray swirl. She has half closed circle shaped eyes. Her initial clothing is the Number 2 shirt.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

As a peppy villager, Agent S will have the tendency to over-react in conversations about trivial subjects. She, like other peppy villagers, will rarely be discouraged from doing anything, including the usual hobbies. She will also have a very short attention span, which means she will soon forget some arguments or tasks given to the player which were not completed.

House

In Dōbutsu no Mori e+, Agent S has the same furniture styling as Rhoda's house, only that she has changed the wallpaper to the tree wallpaper and the flooring to stone tile. There is a dice stereo by the left window that plays K.K. Cruisin'. She owns many econo chairs which are placed all around the house. In the bottom right, there is a regal vanity by a ruby-econo chair.

In City Folk, Agent S has the cityscape wallpaper. She owns a few items from the Cabana Series. Next to her Mrs. Flamingo is a harp. Her stereo plays K.K. Cruisin'.

In New Leaf, Agent S' house has more of a jock theme to it. She has the default basement wallpaper and flooring. Furniture from her include various boxing related items like, boxing mat, ringside table and blue corner, she also posses Clothesline pole, Clothes closet, Tv with vcr among others. She has a CD player that play DJ K.K. .

Ed (キザノホマレ,, Kizanohomare?) is a horse villager with a jock personality in the Animal Crossing series. He was absent from Animal Crossing: Wild World, but returns in Animal Crossing: City Folk. His name and species probably comes from Mr. Ed, a television show about a talking horse that aired in the early 1960s.

Appearance

Ed is a bright teal horse with bright yellow hair which covers his entire right eye and he has a white muzzle. He has purple eyelids with long eyelashes, giving a false impression that he is a female. Ed has a blue tail with a long, yellow, fuzzy tuft. In Animal Crossing, he wears a Mod Top, a shirt with large pink and purple stripes. In Animal Crossing: City Folk he wears a Lite Polka Shirt, a shirt that has several colored large polka dots.

Personality

Ed's personality changes from a jock villager in Animal Crossing and Animal Crossing: City Folk to a smug villager in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

In Animal Crossing

Below is a brief description of the jock personality. For more information, click here.
Ed has a jock personality. He will have a keen interest in sports and fitness, making him appear competitive and in some cases rude when talking to other villagers. He will get along well with peppy and uchi villagers, but gets confused by the choice of lifestyle followed by lazy villagers, who appear opposite to the jock personality. He may offend and upset snooty and cranky villagers with remarks about their fitness.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Below is a brief description of the smug personality. For more information, click here.
Ed has a smug personality. This means he will appear kind and gentlemanly when in conversation with the player. On numerous occasions, he will flirt with the player and admire them. Ed will occasionally talk about being into niche hobbies, like being a train fanatic or collecting plastic bottle caps. He will be very interested in fashion and will mention it often in conversations and letters.

House

Ed's house has a few pieces of furniture from the Modern Series. He also has a gold stereo which plays K.K. Ballad.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Ed's house is redesigned with furniture from the Classic Series, and the gold stereo is replaced with a high-end stereo.

KATT IN BOXES

latest

Katt (チョイ,, Choi?) is an uchi cat villager who first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her name means 'cat' in Swedish and Norwegian, and references her species. Her catchphrase refers to the word "pretty" and the sound cats make; "purr." She is the only uchi cat. She appears on the album cover for Spring Blossoms.

Appearance

Katt is a brown cat with gray inner ear fur and yellow eyes that look similar to glasses. She has yellow stripes on her legs, arms, face and tail. She has small fangs and her paws are white. She initially wears the Pep Squad Shirt. Due to her lack of feminine features, she could easily be mistaken for a male.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the uchi personality. For more information, click here.
Katt is an uchi ("big sister") villager. She will have a tendency to be blunt with the player, teaching them how to "always win at fights" and ways to relax. She will also act like a caring big sister to the player once they become close friends. Katt may get along with jock villagers who share her love of sports, and lazy villagers for how laid-back they are. However, she may conflict with snooty and cranky villagers, who spread rumors about others.

House

On her High-End Stereo, she has Surfin' K.K. playing. She has a lot of instruments.

Trivia

In the English version, because the names Katt and Kapp'n both have very similar syllables and pronunciation, attempting to call Katt's name through the megaphone often results in Kapp'n's name being called out.

CURLY IN BOXES

latest

Curly (ハムカツ, Hamukatsu?, Ham Katsu) is a jock pig villager from the Animal Crossing series. His name comes from his curly tail. It is also possible his name is a reference to Jerome Lester Horwitz, a.k.a. Curly Howard, of the comedian trio "The Three Stooges", evidenced by his bald head (shared with most other pigs) and his initial catchprase "nyoink," which could a portmanteau of Curly's "nyuk nyuk nyuk" catchphrase and "oink", the onomatopoeia for a pig's snort. His Japanese name is a reference to a budget-friendly version of tonkatsu that uses ham instead of pork.

Appearance

Curly is a pink pig with reddish pink cheeks. The inside of his ears are dark blue and he has a curly tail, which may or may not be a reference to his name. He has light pink hooves, and initially wears the Green Bar shirt when he first moves into the player's town. He also has a pink nose with his nostrils sticking out like all of the pigs in the Animal Crossing series. His eyes are wide open and without any certain color.

He also will frequently be carrying a fishing pole, net, or shovel to showcase some of his hobbies as a jock villager. If Curly gets furious, he will call the player scrawny.

House

Curly's house has a Green or Cabin Theme with many furniture with it, there is a Mini Croakoid and a Tape Deck that plays K.K. Reggae.

GASTON IN BOXES

latest

Gaston (モサキチ,, Mosakichi?) is a cranky rabbit villager in the Animal Crossing series. His initial phrase and name suggest he is French, or from French origin. His name, Gaston, is a male French name. His initial phrase, "mon chou," is a play on words with "chou chou," a term of endearment. "Mon chou" is also a French term that some people might use on loved ones, such as "honey" or "sweetheart". It has nothing to do with its literal translation, which means "my cabbage". Gaston's picture inscription in Wild World reads as "Sacre Bleu!," (Sacre Bleu translates to "confound!") further establishing his character as a Frenchman. In New Leaf, his picture quote, "An ear for an ear leaves everyone deaf", resembles a quote from Mohandas Karamchand "Mahatma" Gandhi: "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." He reappears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. He, along with Marcel and Cousteau, is French. Gaston's Japanese name refers to his nose, which is rather big, and has a large mustache on it.

Appearance

He is a yellow rabbit with blue inner ears, a small orange nose, a big mustache, brown feet and white paws. His eyebrows are pointed down, giving him a very serious, profound stare. Gaston's initial shirt is a Swell Shirt which has red, orange, and yellow diamonds on it.

Gaston as he appears in Animal Crossing: Wild World.
Personality

Below is a brief description of the cranky personality. For more information, click here.

As a cranky villager, Gaston will appear mature compared to other male personality types. This will make him appear rude and belittling when talking to other villagers, including the player. Despite this, he will learn to confine in the player, considering them his only friend. He will enjoy the usual hobbies, but not for competition, but for relaxing and peaceful reasons of calm and tranquility. He will find it difficult to socialize with peppy and normal villagers, and will often make rude comments about them behind their backs. He will get along with lazy and snooty villagers, as well as other cranky villagers, who he will share deeper conversations with. He will, on occasion, annoy a normal villager, usually when being mean about something or someone. When he is sick, he will insult the illness and act delirious, thinking the player is his mother.

House

Gaston's house has a mad scientist theme, with many of furniture from the Mad Scientist Theme such as a Lab Bench and a Lab Chair. The haunting K.K. Dirge plays on a Reel-to-Reel in his room to add to the creepy effect. Oddly enough, Gaston also has a hamster cage in his room, perhaps to experiment on. His house has a steel floor and a lab wall. He also has a Red Drum. In Animal Forest and Dōbutsu no Mori +, Gaston's house has a kitchen and laboratory theme, with various items such as a Classic Clock and a Modern Table with a fossil and a fish. K.K. Dirge is playing on a Reel-to-Reel. The Wallpaper is the Manor Wall and the Flooring is the Wooden Panel.
