Is animal crossing best portable or for home systems only?

Portable or not?

I think it's a lot better for portable because the game does move in real time. It's good to be able to take it with you if you go on a vacation or something so periodically you can check that no one is moving out on you.

I think animal crossing is best on any console as long as it doesn't have crappy graphics. I remember absolutely hating the WW graphics because the transition from GC to DS was horrible. I think only now do people prefer AC to be a hand held as New leaf's graphics were somewhat standard.

I can't wait to see what AC will look like in HD on the Wii U. The sooner they release these major titles like Animal crossing, smash bros, mario kart and zelda then the sooner the Wii U's sales will start to pick up. It happened with the DS - there weren't very many decent launch titles and that set the sales to somewhat standard when it first released. The same with the Wii U.

It's not a matter of potential of the console, it's the matter of time until these major titles are released.

Only reason i'd ever buy that thing ^

I think it's best on handheld because i can take it with me anywhere. It's like a little emergency escape door from reality when i need a break.

Portable without a doubt
i can play GC as it was the only one available when i was little..
but couldnt get into CF, as i had the experience of portability
i dont really own home consoles anymore i just get every game for the handhelds

Portable, no doubt. ACWW is the one I've played the most just because the TV is available while I'm at it, in case I want to watch something else since AC games don't really require that much of my attention (unless I'm trying to look for Gulliver, that is)

Didnt really expect different answers. Its best portable imo

But a console wiiu animal crossing would save the wiiu from dying (even though its essentially dead anyway)

it could revive the wii u

I like it portable best, I never really played the Wii one that much, I didn't like using the Wii remote.
