Is anyone else still having trouble with giving feedback?

I tried to give feedback to someone who could really use some positive as they are new, but unfortunately it still says it is frozen for me.

The shop works fine, I don't know about gifting TBT or collectibles as I haven't tried gifting any bells or collectibles yet (although I will try later on), so all I know it is just this feedback portion that is unavailable.

I'd like to bump this, because I can't find any official word? Is the feedback system still functional? I'm happy I have feedback from a few years ago, for now!

Hi, I'm having the same issue... Don't know if it's because I'm new? I received feedback but can't give any...

[EDIT: It seems I tried to give feedback BEFORE receiving some, I am now able to give feedback normally so no issue on my side after all]

Thank you for this! When we brought this up in the other thread (all my feedback is wiped and I can’t leave feedback) we were told that you can leave feedback as soon as one other person gives you feedback and it’s not a concern cuz older accounts can still do so - essentially not a bug to be addressed.

However, this thread confirms:
1. some old accounts with feedback still cannot give feedback

3. some new accounts who have finally received feedback still cannot give feedback

So this is an issue.

I agree that sounds like a huge issue. I know for me & my friend, all of our most recent feedback is gone (like the past few weeks worth of feedback) so idk what happened but it seems to have to do with newer feedback ratings & maybe newer accounts? We are still able to leave & receive feedback though. I know the mods are aware of it and I'm sure it will get fixed at some point but the fact that as of right now some members can't even leave feedback sounds horribly broken and frustrating...

We had a setting enabled that only allowed feedback to be sent from someone who has already received feedback, but this is now removed.
