Is it possible to add music to a building without a stereo?

I'd love to add music to my hospital, school and shops because dead silence or bustle is just kinda boring. However, it doesn't make sense for a stereo to just be in the building and none of the KK Slider music fits with any of those locations anyways. Am I missing something or is this yet another oversight?

You can unlock ambient sounds with the play coins when you get the handbook, but I don't know if there's any actual music in there.
