I seriously doubt Sakurai will start talking about unlockable characters before the game's release.

ZSS is barely even a character, she's just a "Sheik" type of character pretty much.

No, she's going to be unlockable

Only once you've done the Final Smash.

But, there could be a way to choose ZSS from the off.

I'm predicting once you either
1. Use Samus's Final Smash or
2. Use Samus in a Single-Player mode,
ZSS will be ulocked on the Character Selection screen.
But, she IS going to be an unlockable character.

Yeah, I can see it hapoening now.
But how access her, like changing the costume, or she's given her own spot.

She'd have her own spot, next to Samus

Like Falco and Fox?
Also like Once you unlocked Luigi in SSBM he took Pikachu's spot next to Mario, forcing to move down.

I dunno how they're going to do it.
But most of the characters from the same series are grouped together
