Is the blue falcon a hacked item?

It does not "hurt" your game, only saves up data and in the process of getting it you could "hurt" your game.

Um...of course it doesn't hurt your game. It's not HDLC. It's a normal item that's in the game's code, but there's no possible way to obtain it without hacking. Nintendo will probably distribute it over Wi-Fi in the future. But as of right now, it's impossible to get without hacking. Some people don't want hacked items, you know.

I wasn't getting heated up about it, I was just warning him in case he didn't know it was hacked, and gets in trouble for it.
