It's not a hacked item. It's a code item which was made in the game but there is no possible way to get it unless Nintendo gives away a DLC of it. I could give the code away for people who really want it. The item code is, C17C

Being in the game code doesn't mean it's not a hacked item. So basically you're saying that invisible chairs aren't hacked because they have an item code in the game, too? No, any item that cannot be obtained without hacking is hacked, obviously.
