Is there any reason why Rodeo just don't ask for specific Villager to leave?

Rodeo is in my Campsite so in order to make him move, i hope he asks for Walker. Still and after several tries he asks for everyone (even repeat) but him.

Walker is not sick and not the last Villager that move in so… Any reason why?

I once had to play that stupid card game with Merry 7+ hours to get her to boot out the specific villager I wanted gone. It was mind-numbingly tedious but I eventually succeeded.

If you get a moving kit for a villager's house and have it in your inventory that helps the odds slightly. From 1/10 to 1/9. You don't actually have to move them. Just return the kit to Nook once you're done. Good luck!
