Issues with Collectibles Inventory

Did this get resolved? I don't see them under your avatar, just a pinwheel and a candy.

I do not want them to show or any future collectibles. In my inventory the pears and oranges are both unchecked and that stopped them from showing. All my others have the hidden box checked if I don't want them showing. Today I received two more collectibles and tried checking the hide box and saving but they still showed up. I shipped them off elsewhere for safekeeping.

When I go to my profile and check latest started thread, this one isn't showing up. But that's another story we can deal with later.

I just bought a cake. Did not check "active" but did check hidden. Hit save. It defaults to "active" and shows the cake.

I unchecked the active cake. Neither box is checked and the cake is gone from under my avatar.

do you just have active & hidden both unchecked? I don't think you have check hidden if it's not active (like a user name change or mailbox upgrade)
Thank you for the reply. I understand about the mailbox and user name process, but the sequence of hidden and active seems to be overridden and something is deciding on its own how to display collectibles or not. It is very strange. Thanks tho for the help.
Not wanting to bump this but not being able to show or hide collectibles as it used to be a few days ago is getting to be a nuisance. Just sayin' a little help would be nice. Thanks
