No, I haven't used that word for months actually, as far as I can remember. Also, I did not use the word "noob", I used "nooby" which is an adjective not a noun like "noob"

I'll say what I always say about them.

different people have different ideas of fun, yours may be to have maximum chaos, mine may be to have an intense cutthroat match with someone of equal skill level. I like it when games are skill-based and competitive, competition = fun for me.

Brawl is a game that can be played in any way you want.

Want to make a giant level made totally of falling blocks and spikes? Fine. Want to play every match on Final Destination with no items? Go ahead. Is Old Spice Hair and Body Wash right for me? Sure.

An item falls out of the sky right where they are standing, all the way across the stage from me. Now how is that fair?

Life isn't fair. And what happens when you're on the end the item drops onto?

It does take some skill to use items properly. Noobs don't know when to perfectly launch a Final Smash or a homerun bat. Pokeballs take skill to position, so does team healer. There are a few cheap items, but skilled playes should learn to dodge most of them like hammers and beam swords.

Thanks for saving me the time. That's exactly what I think of items- They help you just as much as the 2-month old baby you're losing to.

Imo, if you want some fun, go ahead and play with items, but please do not judge those who do not like items.

People that are agains items judge those who like items more often.
