Hello, everyone! I apologize for not posting as often as I used to. With summer taking place, not much has been happening in Cypress... However, that has changed with this month's Bug-Off! 
Before I get to that, though, I'd like to write down some of the happenings that went on since my last Blog. First of all, Gulliver washed up onto the shore again! He gave me a few hints, and I knew almost immediately that the country was Spain. (I've been taking Spanish classes at school.) The next day he sent me a Gaudi's lizard. Although it would look nice in my princess-themed room, I didn't have much space to fit it. Maybe when I make some more room one day will I re-order it!
Unfortunately, Bonbon must have passed her cold down to Tammy-a few days ago, I went online to hear from some villagers that she was sick! Don't worry-I made sure to give her some medicine daily, and she cured up in no time. In fact, she's planned on moving out on the 23rd of this month! She only suggested it to me today, though, so she could easily change her mind before then. I'll just have to wait and see!
Now, on to the Bug-Off! I decided to post about it today, since I wasn't feeling up to it last night. Good news, though-I won first place! I was a bit worried, since my birdwing butterfly was only worth 76 points, but no villager caught as exquisite a bug to surpass that. I received yet another gold bug trophy, with Antonio and Sylvia as the runner-ups. You could say it was a pretty successful night!
