I apologize for not posting in so long! Since school is approaching, I haven't had much time to post or upload pictures. I will do that soon, though, as well as update my Avatar and catch up with everyone else's own posts. Lots have happened since my last Blog, so I hope this one isn't too lengthy!
First of all, after Snake's departure from Cypress, Pippy over from MadisonCrossing's town decided to take his place. I find that amusing, since they're both bunnies! Although I already like Pippy from previous experiences in Wild World, she seems to be having trouble fitting into her new town. Thankfully, she's already starting to soften up a bit, though, and she seems to be making good friends with Bonbon. At least that's a great start!
Speaking of new villagers, Tammy moved out as well. She was one of my good friends, and although I miss her, I know it's for the best. Hopefully she's enjoying her friend's turf wars, as she always talked about! And she seemed to be growing tired of my small town, anyway. Just recently, Baabara the sheep moved in her place, and she's very friendly! We've become fast friends, and she seems to be settling into Cypress very well.
Gulliver washed up on the beach again a while ago. He finally quizzed me about Hawaii-I needed that hula doll for my mermaid-themed room! I also just refurbished another Ankylosaurus yesterday, so I can have one for my museum AND my home. They fit in wonderfully! I'll have to post some pictures of my house sometime-I realized I haven't done that yet! Well, all I need left is to pay off my basement, so hopefully it won't take too long to get that done.
Now, onto the previous three Fireworks Shows! Since I've already witnessed them before, there isn't much to say about them. I don't have any custom designs, and I didn't want to buy any of Redd's cookies, so I turned down both of those offers. I did get some lovely pictures from the show, though, and I even had time to drop by Club LOL to party with DJ K.K., Wolfgang, and Bluebear. I'll be posting those pictures later, although I'm not sure when (my SD card has been acting up lately). Sorry about that!
Lastly, as we all know, the other day was this month's big Bug-Off. Since I got on a little bit late that time, I couldn't find any Birdwing butterflies-in town or at the island-so I had to settle for some Agrias butterflies. One did manage to score 72 points, and I was able to top both Cesar and Fauna with yet another gold bug trophy. Unfortunately, Merengue was sick that day, so she couldn't participate, but I helped her out a bit and she thanked me this morning!
I believe that's all my news for now, although I will be updating this Blog later. I don't know when I'll be posting Part 80-It may be about the last Fireworks Show, but if not, it'll definitely be about next month's Bug-Off! I apologize for keeping everyone waiting for so long.
