List of Collectibles?

It seems like everyone knows exactly what’s out there, and exactly what they want. How do y’all know lol? Is there a list, or do you just see someone’s lineup and remember from there?

Partially I just saw most of them eventually and got used to them, but I've also had a look at some lists like mogyay's collectable tier list, or this list by jacob
As for knowing what I want, I kinda just saw all the collectables from the 2017 fair when participating, and decided I wanted to try and collect them all eventually haha.
