Ahh, I see it now that I have him, but when I first saw him in the campsite/igloo the lighting made him look white ^^ He's still a super light silver/grey... Almost white, I'd say, haha. I guess unless you have a hexadecimal code of #FFFFFF, nothing's truly white... xD

I said meh, lol .. It's not impossible to sell villagers in Tier Three, or even villagers below that.. It's just that villagers who are Tier One and Tier Two generally do the best in auctions..
Below that it's kinda situational, and depends on the time of day
I don't see it he doesn't even look close to white for me lol. Maybe he seems more white to you because his white nose and head area?

Fang is a creamy-grey colour.. He's pretty close to white, but he's not Whitney white

Tier 1.5 has been created temporarily to hold 2 villagers. This is simply because I'm having major trouble placing these two and so they need their own tier until their popularity shifts in the right direction. So, as a result..
Fang has been moved down from number 16 of Tier One to number 1 of Tier 1.5.
Bam has been moved up from number 1 of Tier Two to number 2 of Tier 1.5.
Now for the rest of the updates...
Mira has been moved down from number 19 of Tier Two to number 21.
Francine has been moved up from number 26 of Tier Two to number 22.
O'Hare has been moved down from number 24 of Tier Two to number 4 of Tier Three.
Pekoe and Genji have swapped places, with Pekoe moving down to number 3 of Tier Three, and Genji moving up to number 27 of Tier Two.
Muffy has been moved up from number 1 of Tier Three, to number 24 of Tier Two.
Static has been moved up from number 13 of Tier Three, to number 5.
Pashmina and Cherry have swapped places, with Pashmina moving down to Tier Four, and Cherry moving up to number 19 of Tier Three.

I guess on one hand it means more people appreciate them, which is good...?

It appears that the Top 15 is the same as last time [from 02.27.2014].
(I'm not entirely certain. I know some focus on where a villager like Lolly should be ranked.)

The top 15 is the same yes.. Next update, I should be changing Lolly around, but this time I didn't see her enough to warrant moving her up

Fang and Bam, I see them requested so much more. Along with Beau, it seems that everyone wants Beau these days. If not just LF him, but willing to trade Julian, Stitches, Ankha for Beau?! That's crazy. And i've seen it at least 5 times this past week.

I agree with Bam's popularity going slightly up.
Fang, however, observing lately, I do feel Fang has become not as frequently desired as he once was. He is still of course, pretty in high demand. \(^~^)/
I also feel that Zucker has gotten slightly popular, he could use a boost up as he is currently desired by many TBT-ers & redditors. Marina, I feel has drifted down in popularity, she is still desired but not as frequently. Rosie has recently gained a little boost in popularity too as I am seeing.
This is all based on my perspective of course! The positions you currently have is fine enough for each villager! x

I do agree.. Marina needs to drop and Lolly and Zucker need to rise.. However it's difficult to re-arrange them right now, which is why I let them slide by in the last update and I'll wait for the next one to decide
