There are a lot of people interested in today's session at 12pm EDT. So instead I'm going to run two sessions back-to-back so that I can take as many of you today as possible. The Splatoon 2 Friendlies session that was scheduled to run between 1pm-2pm EDT will be cancelled as a result.

I can take 11 people between 12pm-1pm EDT and another 11 people between 1pm-2pm EDT. From 2pm onwards I'm committed to helping another GH stream SSBU so I will have to cap at two runs.

I would find the 1 PM - 2 PM session more preferable so that my Smash Bros. Ultimate friendlies session at 2 PM can be right back-to-back with it. Figured I'd rather not have the hour in between. I would just need a moment in between to swap out the game and swap in my GameCube controller adapter.

I was wondering - how many games do we need to play to receive participation points? I can’t play Mario Kart for an hour straight as it hurts my hand. I’m not sure if I have short thumbs or what lol but it’s hard to play tons of rounds in a row

This is a competitive match where we are recording the results, so people are encouraged to play for all 12 races (approximately an hour). If you leave earlier you forfeit the chance to take home a larger points bonus for your team but you will still receive participation points.
