The excuse for why they weren't replying to these tickets before was because Brandon was busy working on ZB. Maybe this means they are almost done so he has more time to reply to those tickets. :eh:
A few people here have had restoration tickets open for a while. If you have been waiting on a ticket, it has a reply right now.
Restoration tickets (new and old) should now receive prompt replies.
Restorations are a service available to any InvisionFree board. If you lose a member, topic, or post we can help you get it back. Even better, the InvisionFree restoration system allows you to keep any new posts or members that are made after the date of the deletion. To request a restoration, open a ticket from any InvisionFree board and mention the URL of the board that needs the restoration in the ticket. The restoration service is typically a completely free service and is another benefit of using InvisionFree. Restorations will be greatly improved in the coming release of ZetaBoards.
